Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand business hiring needs and create recruitment strategies
• Source candidates using

  Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and negotiate offers
• Build and maintain a strong

  talent pipeline

• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

• Strong experience in

  IT / Non-IT / Corporate hiring

• Hands-on experience with

  job portals & ATS tools

• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
• Good understanding of industry trends and hiring standards

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR or relevant field
• 4–10+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Must be willing to work

  onsite in Hyderabad

Preferred

• Experience in bulk hiring / lateral hiring
• Experience working with MNCs or fast-paced organizations
