Sales Recruiter

Valzo Soft Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing IT services and staffing firm specializing in delivering top-tier technology talent to our clients. We are currently looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter who is driven, resourceful, and well-versed in marketing IT consultants to prime vendors and direct clients across the US. Key Responsibilities: Market bench candidates (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to existing and new clients/vendors. Develop strong relationships with consultants and ensure regular communication regarding marketing strategies and interview opportunities. Work closely with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners for requirements. Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients, ensure competitive placement for consultants. Track and maintain submissions and interview pipelines in internal databases. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bench sales.
