Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various business of Info Edge.
Identify and attract top talent through lateral hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring strategies.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

4-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring).
Strong understanding of sales hiring principles and ability to identify high-performing candidates.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
