Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various business of Info Edge.
  • Identify and attract top talent through lateral hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring).
  • Strong understanding of sales hiring principles and ability to identify high-performing candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
