Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of Motorola SolutionsIndia. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation to offer acceptance, for various technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates on the status of open requisitions.
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Develop and extend competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote Motorola Solutions India as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Network Engineers) is a plus.
