We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to participate in a 3-month internship program that can lead to a full-time role based on your performance. Your responsibilities will include talent sourcing through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract top talent. You will be involved in screening and assessing candidate profiles, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing updates, and delivering a smooth recruitment experience will be a key part of your role. Maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate journey, updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information, and complying with legal and ethical standards in all hiring activities are essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess high attention to detail, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple roles.
