Position Overview:

Talent Acquisition Executive with strong C2H hiring experience

Key Responsibilities:

C2H IT roles only

→ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (JD understanding to offer closure)

→ Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates

→ Build and maintain a strong C2H talent pipeline

→ Work extensively on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

IT Recruitment (C2H mandatory)

✔️ Strong understanding of C2H hiring models

✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔️ Experience using job portals and sourcing tools

✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
