Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Manage multiple roles efficiently, including high-volume and urgent hiring requirements.

2. Team Mentorship & Leadership Exposure

  • Guide and support interns in sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Monitor team progress, provide feedback, and assist in task allocation.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and team efficiency.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion, and onboarding metrics.
  • Identify gaps in the recruitment process and propose improvements.


Who Should Apply?

  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social sourcing.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to work under high pressure, and overcome challenges effectively.
  • Self-starter with proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy
