Job Description

Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and objectives. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. o Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and training programs.

2. Employee Relations:

o Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner. o Promote positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management:

o Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.

o Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.

4. Training and Development:

o Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

o Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.

5. HR Administration:

o Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

o Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.

6. Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

o Stay updated on changes to labor laws and implement necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Salary Offer: Rs. 3,00,000/- to 3,60,000 (LPA)

Qualification – PGDM / MBA in HR Management is Mandatory

Benefits: Monthly salary incrementation from starting month based on performance

Experience – 1 to 2 Years

Location: 18, Genuine House, Shankar Rao Naram Path, Off, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013.

Working Hours: 09:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday) Sunday fixed off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,259.01 - ₹35,317.99 per month
