Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions accordingly. Utilize English proficiency to conduct effective screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Conduct business research to identify new talent acquisition strategies and best practices in the industry. Develop strategies for lead generation to attract top talent to Expertrons. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Provide support in various recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
