Circle by Will Wall is expanding its broker network and seeking proactive, detail-oriented interns to support our onboarding process. You'll play a key role in screening potential broker partners, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Broker screening: Evaluate incoming broker applications, conduct initial quality checks, and manage the screening process. Communication: Address queries from interested brokers regarding Circle’s operations, process, and offerings. Act as the first point of contact for external communications. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted brokers and the managing team. Documentation & onboarding: Prepare and share relevant materials (explainer documents, terms of contract), assist the managing team in selection decisions, and ensure legal and onboarding formalities are completed.
