Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Will Wall Global, you will play a crucial role in transforming Mumbai's real estate industry by establishing a large-scale broker network under a professional, tech-enabled brand. Your primary objective is to recruit, onboard, and activate over 200 experienced brokers to strengthen the Will Wall Global brand and create a robust professional network in the city. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with experienced, RERA-registered brokers across key micro-markets in Mumbai. You will pitch the value proposition of Will Wall Global's broker network, convert qualified brokers to join, and manage a pipeline of potential partners through various communication channels. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure a seamless onboarding process for the recruited brokers, including documentation, training, and technology orientation. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and track key metrics such as the number of brokers contacted, converted, and activated. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate channel sales, brokerage recruitment, or project marketing. An in-depth understanding of Mumbai's broker ecosystem in residential and/or commercial markets is essential. Your proven track record in building broker relationships and achieving onboarding/conversion targets will be crucial. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a self-starting attitude, result-oriented mindset, and high level of accountability. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred, and knowledge or certification in RERA would be advantageous.
