Business Development Manager

Someone who can pitch ideas that excite brands, convert partnerships into experiences, and grow two of Ahmedabad’s most forward-thinking communities.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Pitch and onboard brand partners across verticals — F&B, fashion, lifestyle, tech, hospitality, etc.
• Create and present compelling sponsorship decks for upcoming events and Club 30 gatherings.
• Build long-term relationships with sponsors and collaborators for recurring engagements.
• Work closely with the creative & production teams to deliver on partner expectations.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sponsorships, stalls, and experiential collaborations across both brands.
• Meet event-wise and quarterly revenue goals through smart outreach and upselling opportunities.
• Identify new monetization channels like pop-ups, retreats, influencer tie-ups, and brand showcases.

Community & Networking

• Act as the

  face of Link District & Club 30

  at city events and gatherings.
• Nurture relationships with creators, professionals, and entrepreneurs to keep the community active.
• Conceptualize micro-networking formats (like Founder’s Mixers or Creator Circles) that blend community with commerce.

Strategy & Collaboration

• Work directly with the Founder to ideate upcoming event concepts and partnership structures.
• Research competitor properties, partnership models, and sponsorship trends.
• Coordinate with social media and marketing teams to amplify collaborations online.

Ideal Candidate

• Confident communicator and relationship builder.
• Experience in

  brand partnerships, event sponsorships, or marketing agencies

  preferred.
• Deep understanding of lifestyle, youth, and experiential event culture.
• Organized multitasker who thrives in dynamic, creative environments.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable networking with brand heads and entrepreneurs alike.
