As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in leading and managing talent acquisition efforts across Healthcare Operations, Technology, and Analytics. Your extensive experience in recruiting top talent, especially within the healthcare industry, will be essential in hiring experienced professionals for high-volume roles in healthcare operations, technology, and analytics. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals, and driving bulk hiring in healthcare operations. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles such as physicians, medical coders, and other specialized healthcare profiles, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment for technology and analytics professionals, collaborating with hiring managers to meet specific technical needs and staying updated on industry trends. Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, and establishing performance metrics will also be part of your role. Collaborating with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and department leaders, you will understand hiring needs, develop strong relationships, and support workforce planning efforts. You will also focus on enhancing the employer brand, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, preparing recruitment reports for senior leadership, and managing recruitment data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
