Ensure effective coverage across manual, automation, and performance testing. • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the testing functions efficiency and effectiveness. • Work closely with development teams, product managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements, set testing objectives, and ensure alignment on deliverables. • Oversee execution of test plans, manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring all activities meet quality standards and deadlines. • Generate detailed test reports and metrics, communicate results to stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. • Allocate resources effectively, manage test environments, and ensure the team has the tools and infrastructure needed to perform efficiently. • Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium and Azure DevOps. • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
