Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align AI solutions with objectives. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms, including LLM-based solutions and fine-tuning. • Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models. • Evaluate and optimize AI system performance, including monitoring for model drift. • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business applications. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on AI/ML best practices. • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively. • Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution. • Develop and optimize RAG architecture using Vector DB or Knowledge Graph. • Engineer robust ML pipelines and infrastructure using on-premises/cloud tools.
