Job Description - Field Manager We, at Datamatics, are looking out for experienced Market Research professionals to join our R&A team to work on quantitative research projects. Role: Field Manager Responsibilities: Handling end-to-end online/quantitative research projects for domestic and international clientsCo-ordination with teams for timely project completionInvolved in project management activities including analysis, strategy, planning, scheduling, etc.Handling sampling, ad-hoc, tracking study projectsManaging online survey links, fieldwork, data programming, proofing, etc.Stakeholder and vendor management Requirement:14 yrs + years of overall experience in market research field Experience in quantitative research, online research, panel services, project managementExposure to online survey, panel sampling, ad-hoc/tracker studies.Ensure all fieldwork complies with ethical guidelines, client expectations, and industry standards.Experience in liaising with internal and external teams/clients for managing projectsExcellent presentational skills. · Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Good communication skills – written & verbalLocation: WFHShift: US PST (9.30 pm onwards)
