Managing all personnel in the maintenance team, delegating tasks, checking progress and assessing individual performance. Ensure Employee Health and Safety is being followed on day-to-day basis. Qualifications Degree/Diploma (Mechanical / Mechatronics/Electrical-Electronics). 7+ year working experience. Required Skills Railway Industry Knowledge and Experience. Leadership skills. Preferable experience in managing a team size of 1520 members. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effectively communicate the issues to engineering team for root-cause analysis. Communication skills. Professional level in English & Hindi. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge on Failure mode and effects analysis and Meantime Between Failure analysis. Organisation and planning skills. Preferable hand-on experience in Project Management/Tracking tools like MS Projects, Zoho-Projects, OpenLibre-Project etc. Able to create checklist, templates, documents in MS-word and Excel. Experience in implementing best housekeeping practices like 5-S in the workplace.
