About the Role

Field Engineer – Projects

As the primary on-site representative, the Field Engineer works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and customer representatives to deliver projects efficiently and within budget. The role requires frequent travel to remote locations, hands-on technical involvement, and strong coordination skills to manage local workforces and site activities effectively.

Responsibilities

Commissioning of equipment at remote locations.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment installed at remote locations.
Write commissioning & service reports.
Visiting sites across country (would require to travel frequently).
Maintain clear communication with office & customer.
Hire & work with local work force.

Qualifications

ITI/B.E/Diploma (E.E.E / E.C.E / E&I / I&C / Mechatronics).
2+ year working experience.

Required Skills

Should have knowledge in basic electrical and electronics.
Should be able to work in remote location and willingness to travel.
Having awareness of safety and health issues.
Good Communication skills in Hindi or English.
Site supervision and contract management.
