Job Description

As a Senior Manager / AVP - HRBP at our young and dynamic company in the Indian credit markets, your role will primarily focus on projects within the Housing Finance Company business. With an employee strength of 500 and 50 branches mainly located in North India, you will play a crucial role in partnering and implementing various HR processes to enhance control on compliances, increase employee satisfaction, strengthen HR administration, and improve employee retention. Key Responsibilities: - Partner and implement HR processes such as Talent/Performance reviews, Learning and Development initiatives, Off Role Sales Force Management, and Employee engagement across the organization. - Oversee HR Policy Management and support in Campus/lateral hiring & onboarding to attract and engage top talent. - Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. - Provide expert advice on performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. - Develop and execute programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. - Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. - Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to employees. - Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to motivate employees effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the financial industry. - Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and employees at all levels. - Sound understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. - Demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits management. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
