Lead .net core

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of web development projects using ASP.NET Core

(backend), React.js (frontend), and SQL Server (database).

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure

project objectives are met.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage backlog using

tools like Azure DevOps, GoodDay or some others.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring delivery within scope,

budget, and timeline.

• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum

methodologies).

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation

strategies.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability by enforcing development standards

and best practices.

• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.

• Identify market opportunities and competitive advantages.

• Define user personas and understand customer needs and pain points.

• Write clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).

• Define functional and non-functional requirements.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for the development team.

• Act as the liaison between stakeholders, engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, and

support teams.

• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment across departments.

• Work closely with the development team during sprints to ensure timely and high-quality

delivery.

• Fast learner with a strong ability to absorb new domains and product ecosystems.

• Work under the supervision of Senior Product Manager & CTO

• Define product features, prepare scope and technical specifications.

• Oversee team tasks, sprints, and delivery timelines.

• Review code and provide guidance on C#, SQL, API design, and React UI.

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.

• Maintain clear documentation and support production releases.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with C# (.NET Core), SQL, RESTful APIs, and React.

• Familiar with system design, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Able to guide developers and review implementation quality.

• Experience in leave/attendance/Payroll/workflow-based products is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in software project management.

• Solid understanding of ASP.NET Core, C#, and RESTful API architecture.

• Proficient in building scalable web applications using React.js and modern

• JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Next.js, Redux, and more.

• Strong grasp of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure

DevOps).

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps concepts.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
