Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of highly motivated financial advisors.
Formulate and execute strategies to foster profound engagement, particularly with pivotal strategic partnerships.
Proactively ascertain client meeting opportunities to guarantee strategic alignment and accomplish revenue growth, including conducting regular meetings via telephone and in person, and preparing/delivering quarterly business reviews.
Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of life insurance products.
Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of life insurance policy products.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Proven Work experience required of 1 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
Strong Communications Skills
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management skills
Customer-oriented
