As a Business Analytics Analyst 1 within the Model governance area of the North America Consumer Bank team at Citi, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive and regulatory-compliant documentation of financial models used in the North America Consumer Bank. Your role will involve overseeing the model inventory, ensuring proper documentation, validation, and approval processes are followed, and compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant deadlines associated with validation, ongoing monitoring, and model change processes. Working with large and complex data sets using tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, SAS, and R will be part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating with other team members, peers, and stakeholders. You will be expected to demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical and process management skills, and assess risk when making business decisions, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Your role will also require clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. If you are a bright and talented individual with a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, or a Master's Degree with 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, or a PhD, Citi offers amazing opportunities for you.
