Job Summary:

Credit Card Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Perform credit card maintenance tasks including account updates, limit changes, fee adjustments, and profile modifications.
Handle customer service requests related to credit card accounts as per US banking guidelines.
Review and process maintenance requests ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure compliance with US banking regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and escalations within TAT.
Maintain proper documentation and update systems accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets consistently.

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
1–4 years of experience in US banking operations, preferably in
Credit Card Maintenance / Back Office / Operations
.
Good understanding of credit card lifecycle, account servicing, and maintenance processes.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable working in night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with US banking systems and workflows.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
