Role & responsibilities Assist customers with technical issues related to AI-powered products and services. Resolve queries promptly email. Guide users through product features and functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns. Monitor and report product malfunctions or recurring issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Stay updated on new features and functionalities to inform customers. Provide training and support to junior customer support representatives Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduation . Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Aviation Process BPO industry(mandate).
