Sales Associate

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international (US) prospects daily.
Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and generate interest.
Work closely with the sales pipeline to ensure movement and closure of qualified leads.
Navigate conversations to reach decision-makers creatively and professionally.
Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of international (UK/US) outbound sales or lead generation experience.
Strong command of spoken English.
Experience in financial services, debt collection, or loan consolidation is preferred.
Strong phone presence; ability to handle high call volumes.
