Job Description

Role Purpose

Manage and optimize the Loyalty & Rewards Program for Credit Cards to improve redemption, customer engagement, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end
Credit Card Loyalty & Rewards Program
Manage
reward redemption agencies
and ensure SLA adherence (stock availability, delivery timelines, service quality)
Drive
redemption rate optimization
while managing
cost per point
Monitor and improve
cash vs non-cash redemption ratio
Create and manage
merchant partnerships
for vouchers, gift cards, and consumer products
Conceptualize and execute
innovative loyalty initiatives
such as accelerated rewards, pay by points, and instant redemption
Control rewards budget and ensure
loyalty economics optimization
Ensure process documentation, compliance, and MOU adherence
Lead and mentor the loyalty team and manage internal stakeholders
