Job Description

Kia Motors is looking for Production Engineering Engine / Machine Shop to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the production engineering process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Develop and implement new machine shop processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new engine components.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in production engineering, preferably in a machine shop environment.
Strong knowledge of engine design and development principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
