Responsibilities Program Design and Implementation Develop and manage AI-focused education programs, workshops, and initiatives for higher education institutions. Collaborate with colleges and universities to integrate AI into their academic and skill-building curricula. Ensure alignment with national and global standards for AI education and skill development. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, AI experts, corporates, and policymakers. Facilitate partnerships with AI industry leaders to support program initiatives. Training and Facilitation Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on AI technologies and their applications. Provide mentorship to students, faculty, and institutional staff on AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Content Development Develop comprehensive learning materials, case studies, and AI-focused resources. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and advancements in AI to ensure program relevance. Monitoring and Evaluation Track program performance and outcomes to ensure effectiveness and scalability. Analyze feedback and implement improvements for better engagement and learning outcomes. Travel and On-Site Support Travel across India to facilitate sessions, build partnerships, and support on-ground program execution. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Education: Master s Degree (M.E. or M.Tech) in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence. Alternatively, Graduate with 3 years of relevant experience or Postgraduate with at least 1 year of experience in AI. Experience: Hands-on expertise in AI tools, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages such as Python. Experience in training, curriculum development, or program facilitation in higher education. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and implement projects successfully. Desirable Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs. Familiarity with EdTech platforms and online learning tools.
