Associate Manager- Talent Acquisition

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Manager Talent Acquisition to support and lead hiring initiatives across various business functions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments. Partner with project managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria. Lead sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Maintain and track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and process improvements. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and internal procedures. Collaborate on employer branding activities and talent marketing campaigns. Support workforce planning and succession planning discussions with other HR team and department leaders. Assist in other relevant tasks related to office operations. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment. Experience managing recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
