As the Talent Acquisition Lead, GTM , you will play a strategic role in driving our global hiring efforts across the GTM function. You ll be responsible for building and scaling recruitment processes that attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
This high-impact role is central to our global growth strategy. You ll work closely with senior leadership to anticipate business needs, develop proactive hiring plans, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates. By optimizing systems, tools, and processes, youll enable efficient, data-driven hiring that meets the demands of a fast-paced, scaling global organization.
What youll do...
- Drive and execute the talent acquisition strategy for GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related leadership roles in alignment with the company s global growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition GTM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with GTM leadership and hiring managers to forecast headcount needs, define role requirements, and build scalable, proactive hiring plans.
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies, optimize processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Ensure timely, high-quality hiring while maintaining strong alignment with business goals and talent standards.
