As a subject matter expert at Wayground, you will be responsible for analysing multiple curricula across the world for English Language and Literature and building a skill tree that is unique to our requirements. Every domain within the English language has an associated skill list and hierarchy. It will be your job to connect these skills to internationally approved curricular standards. You will also review the quality and usability of the resources created in-house using various AI models and evaluate their effectiveness. This task is cyclical and iterative, and will require constant revisions using data analysis and testing. Your knowledge of pedagogy, expertise in subject matter, and thoroughness in research will be key to succeeding in this role. Terms of the contract The candidate s primary responsibility will be to work in the capacity of a subject matter expert for ELA and help the team build skill trees for various domains and curricula within ELA. There are 2 paid leaves per month available for this role.
