Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Engagement: Strong relation in corporate Build relationships with HR Heads, and other decision-makers in corporate organizations. Present College Vidya's offerings as solutions for employee career enhancement and retention.1. Collaboration Initiatives: Partner with corporate leaders to design customized upskilling programs for employees. Collaborate with College Vidya's academic teams to align course offerings with corporate needs.1. Field Operations: Actively visit corporate offices and establish on-ground presence. Organize seminars, and presentations to promote educational programs within corporates.1. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to pitch and secure partnerships with targeted organizations. Conduct regular follow-ups to address queries, provide updates, and ensure consistentengagement.1. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership success metrics to continuously optimize approaches. Ensure the achievement of enrollment targets through corporate channels.1. Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between corporate clients and internal teams for seamless execution ofprograms. Provide regular updates to the senior management about corporate collaborations andoutcomes.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in any University as TPO, career services, studentplacement, or human resources. Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field. Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools. Familiarity with placement platforms, online job portals, and recruitment processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
