Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US healthcare clients.

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for roles including travel nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other allied health positions.

Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Ensure a high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-placement ratio.

Work in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Understand various US visa types, employment terms, compensation structures, and healthcare benefits.

Utilize VMS tools (if applicable) for job postings and candidate tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of two years of experience in US healthcare /nurse recruitment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of various healthcare roles and terminology.

Experience working with VMS platforms is a strong plus.

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Exceptional relationship-building and follow-up skills.
