Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final placement. This includes identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process for healthcare positions. Client Interaction: Work closely with US-based healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and expectations. Maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing recruitment projects. Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media to source qualified healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, and Medical Technologists. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, verify credentials, and ensure candidates meet client requirements. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance. Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for different healthcare roles. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Negotiation: Manage compensation and benefits negotiations between candidates and clients while ensuring alignment with market standards. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and client requirements. Prepare reports as required by management. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all healthcare professionals are compliant with US licensing and certification requirements. Manage all necessary documentation, including background checks and drug screening. Required Qualifications: Experience: 1-4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the US market. Knowledge: Familiarity with US healthcare industry requirements, including licensing, certifications, and compliance. Skills: Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, ability to manage a high volume of recruitment activities. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact confidently with US clients and healthcare professionals. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to screen and assess candidates effectively. Work Hours: Ability to work in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST) during overlap hours as required. Preferred Qualifications: Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business, or related field. Knowledge of US Healthcare Systems: Understanding of the structure and key players in the US healthcare system. Recruitment Certifications: Any certifications related to recruitment (e.g., AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter, Certified Healthcare Recruiter, etc.) are a plus.
