Director - Cybersecurity

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director - Cybersecurity to lead our India-based cybersecurity team. This is a customer-facing role where the selected individual will oversee the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in cybersecurity domains, including cyber strategy, data security, application security, IAM, cloud security, vulnerability assessments, and security operations. They will also demonstrate strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver: Manage the cybersecurity delivery team in India, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations. Customer-focused delivery: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions. Strategic planning: Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cybersecurity delivery in alignment with business goals. Team leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team, fostering skill development and innovation. Global collaboration: Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of cybersecurity practices. Technical excellence: Drive the adoption of best practices across cybersecurity domains. Requirements: Experience: 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and direct client-facing responsibilities. Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity domains including governance, risk and compliance, data security, application security, IAM, cloud security, vulnerability assessments, and security operations. Leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage delivery, and build client relationships. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable. Communication skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively. Education: Bachelors Degree
