Job Description

Role – Senior Manager Marketing Shift – 1 to 10 PM IST (UK) Location – Sector 62, Noida Job description and KRA’s: Campaign Strategy & Planning •Develop integrated campaign strategies and roadmaps that align with business priorities, product launches, and demand objectives. •Define campaign narratives, content frameworks, and messaging tailored to target audiences within the US B2B SaaS and enterprise segments. •Build persona-based targeting models and select the optimal mix of digital, email, social, and event-driven channels to reach and engage decision-makers. •Collaborate with marketing leadership to align campaigns with broader brand and demand generation goals. Campaign Execution & Management •Lead end-to-end campaign execution from briefing, creative development, and content rollout to performance tracking and optimization. •Partner with design, content, and paid media teams to create high-performing assets such as landing pages, ad creatives, email journeys, and nurture flows. •Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring flawless execution and consistency across touchpoints. •Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate campaign components and ensure measurable outcomes. Performance Optimization & Reporting • Define campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and implement robust tracking mechanisms. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and extract insights to inform optimization and future planning. • Create regular dashboards and performance reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting ROI and strategic learnings. Cross-Functional Collaboration •Partner with product marketing and business units to translate value propositions into compelling campaign narratives. •Collaborate with sales and ABM teams to ensure campaign alignment with target accounts and buyer journeys. •Work closely with analytics, automation, and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead management and reporting accuracy. Innovation & Continuous Improvement •Stay up to date with trends in SaaS marketing, demand generation, and digital engagement specific to the US market. •Experiment with AI tools, personalization techniques, and campaign automation to improve efficiency and performance. •Test new content formats, channels, and engagement models to drive higher relevance and conversion.
