About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the brand and campaign strategy for our Homes and TMT segment . This role demands expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing execution , with a strong track record of end-to-end campaign management , particularly in high-involvement categories like construction materials, steel, or home-building solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns tailored to Homes and TMT audiences across urban and semi-urban markets Strategically drive ATL (TV, print, radio, digital) and BTL (trade shows, dealer activations, on-ground events) campaigns to build brand equity and drive customer preference Collaborate with sales, product, and channel marketing teams to deliver region-specific brand messaging and demand-generation campaigns Manage external partners including creative agencies, media agencies, and BTL vendors for seamless execution and creative excellence Oversee marketing collaterals, POSM, and brand merchandising aligned with the Homes and TMT brand positioning Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to refine messaging and identify white spaces Track campaign performance through defined KPIs, optimize media spends, and ensure ROI-focused marketing Support the internal branding and communication efforts for channel partners and influencers (engineers, contractors, dealers) Desired Skills & Experience: 710 years of marketing experience with a focus on building materials, steel, real estate, home improvement , or similar industries Proven success in executing multi-channel campaigns across ATL & BTL formats Understanding of tier 2/3 customer behavior , channel dynamics, and trade marketing Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities Analytical mindset with experience in using insights to drive campaign effectiveness MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute
