Job Description

Job Purpose: JSW New Businesses are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed-term contract to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment drives for diverse roles. You will be an essential part of our HR team, ensuring that we attract top talent to support our company's growth. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Walk-In Drives: Plan and execute walk-in recruitment drives for bulk hiring, ensuring timely and effective recruitment for key positions. Sourcing & Resume Screening: Actively source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIMJobs) and assess resumes for relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Screening Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical competencies. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, advise on best recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates. Decision-Making: Make quick, informed decisions on candidate shortlisting and hiring. Recruitment Systems & Tools: Utilize tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIMJobs, and other relevant job portals to identify and engage with talent. Candidate Tracker Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking systems to monitor progress through the hiring pipeline. Technical Knowledge: Use HRMS systems effectively for data entry, report generation, and general HR tasks. Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Excel for candidate tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in the Auto OEM, Steel, Defence, industry or related fields. Sourcing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIMJobs) for sourcing candidates. Recruitment Experience: Expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management. Walk-In Drive Management: Proven experience in organizing and conducting walk-in drives for bulk hiring. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality results. HRMS Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS systems and their usage for recruitment, reporting, and maintaining data. Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Immediate Joiner: Must be available for an immediate joining.
