Job description Key Result Area: Detailed knowledge of the Low voltage power system & other facilities e.g.: - Conversant with reading and developing single and diagrams. Detailed working knowledge on Electrical Power System Equipment like Transformers, Switchgears, motors, Cables, Overhead lines and earthing system. Well conversant with the testing procedure of Electrical equipment & its hands on experience. LT motors and HT motors functioning, knowledge of all components and hands on experience on assembly and bearings. Designing and maintaining the overall plant lighting system. Shall be well conversant with the plant air conditioning, Weigh bridge/Weigh Scale functioning and its component level maintenance. Shall be able to design the fiber optic cable networking, servers, IT switches and maintenance of CCTVs, Public Address Systems(PA) Capability of handling, managing and leading a working team of not less than 8-10 technicians. Maintenance planning & execution during shutdown / breakdown, Spares planning Manpower deployment and work distribution as per site requirement Should be conversant with Preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance Basic knowledge of MS Office, SAP PM module, TQM Desired Qualification: B.E Electrical/Electronic with 5-8 Years or Diploma (Electrical) with 8-10 Years of experience in Low voltage power system design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance. Knowledge of Safety standards (Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work, LOTO, Conveyor Safety), should lead safety initiatives to foresee and prevent lapses / accidents Competencies: Problem Solving & Decision Making, Execution Excellence, Team Work & TeamBuilding, Ownership & Drive for Results, Creativity & Innovation & good communication skill.
