Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly/weekly as applicable). Verify attendance, overtime, leave data, and other inputs before payroll finalization. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and preparation of payroll reports. Handle statutory compliance related to payroll PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and Gratuity .
