Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for plant-level positions.
Manage onboarding formalities and induction for new employees.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support:

Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime.
Ensure timely inputs for payroll processing.
Maintain employee records in HRIS/ERP system.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Organize employee engagement activities, cultural events, and celebrations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Address employee queries and ensure welfare facilities at the plant.

4. Training & Development:

Coordinate technical and behavioral training sessions.
Track training attendance and maintain records.

5. Compliance & Statutory:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
Liaise with government officials and handle inspections as required.
Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.

6. Performance Management:

Support in appraisal process, goal setting, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with managers for feedback and evaluation.

7. General HR Administration:

Handle HR documentation, letters, and employee communication.
Support HR audits and reports.
Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment in coordination with EHS team.

Key Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws & statutory compliance.
Problem-solving and employee relation handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS systems.
