Role & responsibilities Indentity the gaps in SAP system implementation devlop and configure customized SAP solutions in alignment with the business needs Perform system configuration installation data migration and testing Assist SAP lead in identifying business needs and driving the SAP project management initatives across domain Support SAP applications issues escalate complex issues in a timely manner to achive / maintain user satisfactionPerform rigorous documentaion of SAP processes Prepare periodic analytical dashboards and report (progress, risk,budgets,issues) to enable SAP lead to monitor progress Conduct user training and support activities for SAP modules Ensure compliance with industry regulation's and SOP's

1) Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring MRO items & CAPEX.2) Knowledge of Import Purchase & clearance activity.3) Followup with Vendors for timely delivery of ordered material4) Re negotiate Payment terms, Lead timeor other commercial terms for Cost Reduction5) Manage Inventory level at optimum stock.6) Implement Robust Supplier Management practices, including performance monitoring & risk management7) Coordinate with other departments to ensure products meet quality standards & complianace requirement8) Ensure ethical procurement practices and adherance to corporate & legal regulation.9) Dispute redressal conflict management & resolution

Role & responsibilities Ensure adherence to guidelines for daily monitoring of shop floors in all plants and periodically analyze existing quality assurance systems and processes for Bar and Wire Rod Products Lead testing and inspection for Bar and Wire Rod Products to ensure finished product qualityFollow sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data and monitor the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systemsManage customer issues by coordinating effectively with sales, production and customer teams Evaluate vendors and counsel them on quality improvement; undertake inspections at vendor sitesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performanceParticipate in cross-functional meetings as required in order to strengthen the production across the plant and other related quality processes for Bar and Wire Rod ProductsIdentify areas of improvement from the SLA, business strategy, metric and initiate improvement projects Leverage own understanding of quality processes, prevalent market practices and planned future requirements to highlight and recommend changes in Quality Management plansIdentify training needs and conduct training interventions to meet quality standardsManage team in terms of goal setting, delivery, performance, development, and engagement Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy Engineering is required Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering / Quality Management would be an added advantage 8+ years of manufacturing quality assurance / control experience, preferably in steel manufacturing setups
