Role & responsibilities Preparation of MIS (Daily, Weekly, Fourth nightly & Monthly) E- Auction related job. Tracking E-Auction schedule at MSTC website for upcoming Iron Ore auctions. Submission of E-Auction document (as per auction instruction) to MSTC & Seller within time line. Preparing Inter Office Memo (IMO) for Transfer/Deposit EMD amount as per Auction guideline. After winning the E-Auction BID, mail intimation to RMHD department for required PR & SR and mail to finance for budget allocation. Submission of E-NFA to higher approver authority for issuing of Purchase Order/Work Order. Preparation of Purchase Order/Service Order in SAP as per-requirement. Coordination with vendors, Transporters & agencies. Updating incoming Iron Ore Analysis reports and intimating to customers if any deviation is found. Preparation of data for monthly IBM Returns (Form-14 & Form L) and to file the data online in IBM website and Hard copies to be sent to concerned Departments. Preparation of monthly saving data (basis on PR/SR Value vs Ordered Value). Collecting offers from transporters, preparation of comparative statements, route maps, ENFA & work orders.
Role & responsibilities Good knowledge about Truck mounted Mobile cranes (100 ton and 300 ton) repair and maintenance works. Electrical faults and error codes, hydraulic problems trouble shooting with electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams. Good knowledge about Engine, hydraulic pump and hydraulic control valve repair and overhauling works of excavators, wheel loaders and skid steer loaders. Good knowledge about SAP system (Purchase request, service request and MIS) Good knowledge about machine shop activities such as Lathe machine, Milling machine etc. Good knowledge about manpower handling, supervising of approx. 80 to 100 manpower with a team work. Prepare and maintain monthly O&M reports, annual budget planning with respect to spares, services and machine shop performance. Responsible for automobile and earthmoving equipments spare parts planning, leading, organizing & supervising the day-to-day activities of the workshop section. Hands on supervision of all workshop and maintenance activities and manpower, especially technical issues. Supervise & follow up on actual progress of each individual repair job. Test & approve operators for excavators, loaders & cranes. Ensuring that all outputs from the workshop are safe, checked, documented, prepared in accordance with any required processes & specifications & fully ready to start the demanded activity. Creating & maintaining an exceptionally clean, organized, professional workshop area. Support & fully comply with company & departmental health & safety policies & procedures. Role & responsibilities Operation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of 220kV / 33KV substation electrical equipments involves the reliable operation, testing, and maintenance of high-voltage equipment like All type of transformers, circuit breakers (SF6 & VCB), Protective relays, Isolators, CTs, PTs, Transmission line Substation SCADA system and ensuring safety compliance and uninterrupted power for respective stakeholders. Shift engineer position with knowledge of operation and maintenance of EHT 220kV / 33KV substation. Performing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting safety audits, responding to system faults, and maintaining detailed records of all operations and failures. Safely operate high-voltage equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, current transformers (CTs), potential transformers (PTs), and busbars at 220kV,33KV and 11KV system . Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plan for substation equipment ( Power transformer up to 160MVA, OLTC, circuit breakers (SF6 & VCB), all type of Protective relays, Isolators, CTs, PTs (up to 220KV) to minimize unplanned outages and ensure system reliability . Execute and maintain log book daily, weekly and monthly check list like parameters of Transformer, OLTC, Circuit breakers etc,.
