Coordination with vendors, Transporters & agencies. Updating incoming Iron Ore Analysis reports and intimating to customers if any deviation is found. Preparation of data for monthly IBM Returns (Form-14 & Form L) and to file the data online in IBM website and Hard copies to be sent to concerned Departments. Preparation of monthly saving data (basis on PR/SR Value vs Ordered Value). Collecting offers from transporters, preparation of comparative statements, route maps, ENFA & work orders.
Role & responsibilities Good knowledge about Truck mounted Mobile cranes (100 ton and 300 ton) repair and maintenance works. Electrical faults and error codes, hydraulic problems trouble shooting with electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams. Good knowledge about Engine, hydraulic pump and hydraulic control valve repair and overhauling works of excavators, wheel loaders and skid steer loaders. Good knowledge about SAP system (Purchase request, service request and MIS) Good knowledge about machine shop activities such as Lathe machine, Milling machine etc. Good knowledge about manpower handling, supervising of approx. 80 to 100 manpower with a team work. Prepare and maintain monthly O&M reports, annual budget planning with respect to spares, services and machine shop performance. Responsible for automobile and earthmoving equipments spare parts planning, leading, organizing & supervising the day-to-day activities of the workshop section. Hands on supervision of all workshop and maintenance activities and manpower, especially technical issues. Supervise & follow up on actual progress of each individual repair job. Test & approve operators for excavators, loaders & cranes. Ensuring that all outputs from the workshop are safe, checked, documented, prepared in accordance with any required processes & specifications & fully ready to start the demanded activity. Role & responsibilities Operation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of 220kV / 33KV substation electrical equipments involves the reliable operation, testing, and maintenance of high-voltage equipment like All type of transformers, circuit breakers (SF6 & VCB), Protective relays, Isolators, CTs, PTs, Transmission line Substation SCADA system and ensuring safety compliance and uninterrupted power for respective stakeholders. Shift engineer position with knowledge of operation and maintenance of EHT 220kV / 33KV substation. Performing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting safety audits, responding to system faults, and maintaining detailed records of all operations and failures. Safely operate high-voltage equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, current transformers (CTs), potential transformers (PTs), and busbars at 220kV,33KV and 11KV system . Communicating with departments on daily basis to the operation persons, mechanical persons and environmental auditing. Being a coordinator for EOHS, carryout all activities with regards to the same. Keeping the monitoring records for bill certification. Trains employees in horticultural techniques, such as transplanting and weeding, shearing and harvesting trees, and grading and packing flowers. Planning the work to be executed and daily man power allotment accordingly. Keep watch on activities by workmen's duty timings, resource optimization, utilization of resources etc. Tracking sustainability and preparing sustainability report quarterly, half yearly and yearly. Role & responsibilities Knowledge of National Legislation, standard & codes pertaining to fire prevention and fire protection systems. Ensure portable and mobile fire fighting systems are maintained in available condition for use in case of emergency. Ensure fire protection systems fire hydrant, monitors, spray system and suppression system available in all required area. Prepare inspections, maintenance and testing programs for all portable fixed and mobile protection system. Ensure fire alarm and detection systems are available in working condition in case of abnormalities it shall be notified to concern department for repair and maintenance. Ensure availability of fire tender and Turnout (with PPEs)for response in case of requirement. Develop emergency response procedure at site and train the team for effectiveness in case of requirement. Conduct fire prevention audits of all location quarterly and submit report to the concern department for compliance and observation and monitoring the status.
