Data generation of critical equipment process parameters and report to superiors about any abnormality found. Critical Responsibilities: A. Process Control and Improvement Establishing and maintaining Process laboratory for Iron ore pellet plants Conducting suitability tests on raw materials, Fluxes, Energy fuels, and Binders Ensuring standard sampling and sample preparation practices as per IS/ASTM/ISO. Performing physical and chemical analysis by using wet classical and instrumental methods. Ensure compliance with SOPs and laboratory work instructions in line with Integrated Management Systems. Investigating deviations and initiating corrective actions. Directing laboratory staff and ensuring quality of work.
