The role requires working closely with Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), government stakeholders, industry partners, and community organizations to drive high-impact outreach initiatives that enhance enrollment, retention, and employment outcomes for youth.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to increase youth enrollment in ITIs, skilling programs, and vocational training initiatives. Design and oversee large-scale community mobilization campaigns to reach underserved youth. Lead and manage outreach operations across multiple clusters, ensuring effective program execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with ITI Principals, trainers, local government bodies, industry partners, and community organizations. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure smooth functioning. Establish and implement a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework to measure the impact of outreach activities.
