Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Instrument Engineer, located in Barbil, Keunjhar, odisha. The Instrument Engineer will be responsible for Reduce MMTR and increase MTBF by using CBM. Implementation of standards maintenance practices, tasks and safe operations to improve the maintenance effectiveness. Achieve equipment availability of electrical equipment, PLC, weighing systems and instruments through PM adherence by using best maintenance practices. Calibration of equipments, weigh bridges and other equipment. Adherences to preventive and planned maintenance, corrective and conditioned based maintenance of switchyard equipments & switch gear equipments , LT breakers, LT motors. Implementations of illuminations of mines and periphery. Timely completions of documentation work on SAP. Safe power distribution network inside the mines for smooth operation of weigh bridges. Conducting monthly safety & illumination audit as per DGMS guidelines and complying the improvement. Qualifications & Skill Sets Skills in Organizational management. Experience with Calibration and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities B.Tech in Electrical & Instrumentation. 5 to 8 years of work experience in electrical and instrumentation.
