Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Nanda Chemicals Pvt. Ltd, Nellore is Hiring immediately Electrical Instrumentation Engineers &Instrumentation Technicians candidates preferably from Nellore, Tirupati and Kadapa.

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the effort to develop, assign, and manage maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment. Your role will involve overseeing the equipment strategy assignment, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project success. You will also perform engineering activities covering key areas of instrumentation technology and work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Perform engineering activities covering all key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzers, and control systems.
• - Review and update equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation such as transmitters, control valves, flow meters, and analyzers.
• - Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
• - Understand asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
• - Implement preventive, predictive, and condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets.
• - Standardize instrumentation maintenance procedures and test intervals across similar asset classes.
• - Possess knowledge of hazardous area classification and international instrumentation standards.
• - Provide skilled Instrument Maintenance Technicians with an understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation, including control valves, on-off valves, and various field instruments.
