Job Title: Pfister Specialist – Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (Commissioning & Installation)

About the Role

Pfister Specialist (Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer)

Candidates must have prior experience in cement plants or similar heavy industrial environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform

    installation, alignment, configuration, and commissioning

    of Pfister weighing and dosing systems.
  • Conduct calibration, performance testing, and functional checks of Pfister machines and associated E&I components.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control issues related to Pfister feeding systems.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and OEM manuals.
  • Ensure installation and operation comply with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with plant operations, maintenance teams, and OEM representatives to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Prepare documentation, commissioning reports, and handover packages.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to onsite personnel when required.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field

    (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience

    in Electrical & Instrumentation with specific expertise in

    Pfister weighing/dosing equipment

    .
  • Proven work experience in

    cement plants

    or similar industrial process environments.
  • Fluency

    in Spanish (spoken and written)

    is a desirable requirement.

  • Strong knowledge of calibration, instrumentation loops, feeding systems, and industrial automation interfaces.

  • Ability to work independently

    in international and multicultural project environments.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
