Role Summary

Contract Manager

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure they are clear, compliant, and aligned with our operational realities. English will be your primary working language.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts within manpower and technical services, including framework agreements, project agreements, service contracts, subcontractor agreements, NDAs, and global mobility/EOR-related documents.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal (Denmark) on high-value or complex contracts and ensure adherence to internal approval procedures.
  • Support sales and operations teams with proposals and project agreements, including scope of work, pricing structures, variations/changes, and commercial terms (payment terms, warranties, limitations of liability).
  • Ensure contracts comply with relevant workforce requirements such as taxation, social security, local labour laws, visas/work permits, and HSE obligations.
  • Identify contractual risks, propose practical solutions, and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
  • Maintain and develop standard templates, general terms, and clause libraries tailored to heavy and technical industry projects.
  • Assist the global mobility team with contractual elements of project setups in new countries and with new partners.
  • Track contract milestones (start/end dates, renewals, rate updates, SLAs/KPIs) and notify stakeholders proactively.
  • Support handling of variations, claims, disputes, and contract-related issues in collaboration with the Head of Legal and business teams.
  • Provide concise contract summaries and risk assessments for management approval.
  • Offer basic training and guidance to internal teams on contract standards and review practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Commercial Management, or a related field. (A legal background is an advantage but not mandatory with strong contract experience.)
  • [X]+ years

    of experience in contract management, commercial law, or similar roles—preferably within heavy industry, construction, energy, technical services, or manpower/staffing.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken); able to draft and negotiate with international clients and partners.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and legal concepts: liability/indemnity, LDs, variations, confidentiality, IP, and termination.
  • Detail-oriented yet pragmatic and solution-focused with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs.
  • Clear communicator capable of explaining contractual matters to non-legal colleagues.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with contract/document management tools.
