Job Description

Contracts & Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage RFPs, tenders, vendor shortlisting, and rate analysis.
Negotiate with vendors and finalize contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
Administer contracts—ensure statutory compliance, resolve contractual issues, and monitor delivery schedules.
Drive billing verification, material reconciliation, and maintain vendor performance records.
Build and develop regional teams on processes and contract management practices.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and identify opportunities for cost-saving and operational improvement.
Collaborate closely with Projects, Design, Finance, and cross-functional teams for seamless contract execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Civil Engineer
with 5
+ years
of experience in Contracts & Procurement within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, pricing, materials, and project requirements.
Excellent negotiation, process adherence, and vendor management skills.
Ability to resolve contractual issues and streamline procurement efficiency.
